摘要：本文主要針對如何開展我國的工程項(xiàng)目總承包提出了幾點(diǎn)建議：加強(qiáng)對國外工程項(xiàng)目管理模式的研究，拓展我國的工程項(xiàng)目管理模式，制定有關(guān)的規(guī)范性文件，努力提高各類TRANBBS設(shè)計(jì)和TRANBBS施工企業(yè)的水平，通過聯(lián)營體的方式開展總承包，并在理論上論述了我國的工程項(xiàng)目總承包高級管理人才的培養(yǎng)問題。

365交通站365jt.com我國在1984年開始提出設(shè)計(jì)/建造總承包，據(jù)對全國22個(gè)行業(yè)236家工程公司和設(shè)計(jì)院的不完全統(tǒng)計(jì)，自1993年至2001年，共完成國內(nèi)工程總承包3409項(xiàng)，合同金額2550億元；完成國外工程總承包123項(xiàng)，合同金額25億美元。
